Solide
De zeefmachines worden gemaakt van gegalvaniseerd staal, wat de Gremac zeven erg solide machines maakt. Ondanks het solide materiaal, zijn de zeven erg licht.
Compact
Het gewicht van de E1 modellen gaan vanaf 2650kg. Dankzij het lichtere gewicht kan de zeefinstallatie met behulp van een trekhaak of trailer eenvoudig vervoerd worden.
Lange levensduur
De Gremac machines zijn gemaakt van gegalvaniseerd staal. Om een goede kwaliteit te garanderen wordt alles in Duitsland geproduceerd. Hierdoor kan je genieten van een lange levensduur.
Over de Gremac e1
De e1 serie van Gremac is in 4 uitvoeringen beschikbaar; stationair, trailer, rups en haakarm uitvoering. De zeven zijn geschikt voor het zeven van grond, compost, houtschors, zand, en licht bouwafval. De zeven worden elektrisch aangedreven doormiddel van een diesel of benzine aggregaat.
Het gewicht van machines varieert van 2.650kg tot 3.500kg afhankelijk van welke uitvoering. De zeven beschikken over een trommel van 2.00m met een diameter van 1.00m. Een belangrijk voordeel is, is dat het frame en alle structurele onderdelen van gegalvaniseerd staal zijn. Daarnaast is de machine modulair opgebouwd. Hierdoor hebben de Gremac zeven een lange levensduur en een lage afschrijving.
