Temporary carriageway A15

New noise barriers are being installed along the A15 motorway. In preparation for this work, Dura Vermeer Tuytel enlisted for the construction of temporary lanes.

For this project, we are using our KIWA-approved lane shreds. The substrate is carefully built up: first we apply rooting carpet on, after which the shreds are placed and neatly packed. We then lay large steelplates over the structure, creating a stable and safe temporary roadway - even on substrates with limited bearing capacity.

With this solution, we ensure that work on noise barriers can be carried out safely and efficiently, regardless of soil conditions.
